COVID 19 STATEMENT

     COVID 19 is an ongoing and rapidly changing pandemic affecting every aspect of our professional and personal lives.  Bob Taylor Engineering, Inc. is grateful for the patience and support of its employees, its customers, and its vendors during these challenging times.  Until we return to normal operations, we will be providing you with important health, safety, and workplace updates.  These may affect our working environment and the procedures and processes in which we conduct our daily work activities.  

     As a small, private employer company, Bob Taylor Engineering, Inc. is aware of the COVID 19 safety guidelines and, to the best of our abilities, we follow recommended protocols and procedures.  We will keep you informed of changing conditions as they unfold.  We are committed to the health and safety of the BTE staff, our customers, vendors, and the communities we serve.

Code of Ethical Principles and Conduct

Since our first work contract was signed in 1981, my engineering staff and I have conducted Bob Taylor Engineering, Inc.'s business with truthfulness, honesty, and integrity, committing to the absolute highest standards of work quality and ethical behavior. We conduct our business affairs in compliance with all Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations. We believe that it is our duty to conduct our business within, not only the letter of the law, but also within the spirit of the law. We regularly review and update all policies and practices, and we rigorously enforce them at all levels.

BTE's Code of Ethical Principles, outlined below, guides our daily efforts to provide a safe, healthy work environment for our employees, quality products and services for our customers, and environmental and safety protections for our community.
