Bob Taylor Enginerring, Inc.  values open communication with its employees and encourages communication and collaboration between employees involving work assignments, scheduled projects, and workplace issues.  All BTE employees are offered various ways to keep lines of communication open and free flowing.  BTE will provide its employees  with important updates regarding health safety, and workplace issues through the BTE Employee Manual.  Every BTE employee is provided an updated manual regularly.  The updates contained in the manual affect not only our working environment, but also the procedres and processes in which we conduct our daily work activities.  Any changes regarding our standards of operation are outlined and  posted here.  This is designed to keep you informed of rapidly changig protocols and procedures as they unfold.  You will be notified of any changes through the usual channels of communication, but also you will find them in written form here.
